Returns and exchanges

This page explains how returns and exchanges work. We recommend that you read the information carefully before initiating a return request. Orders can be returned within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your final item.

To start the process, submit a return request via the returns form here. You can choose to have the item exchanged or receive a refund. Once your request has been registered, you will receive an email with a return label or a link to obtain your own return code, QR code or shipping label.

If you are returning items in the original packaging, please ensure that the original shipping label barcode is clearly removed or crossed out to avoid delivery issues.

Have you received the message Registration failed (contact customer service) ?

In some cases, the page may display the message "Registration failed" (or "contact customer service" ) even though the request has actually been registered and the email has been sent.

Please check your spam or junk folder , as the email may have been filtered there.

EXCHANGE RIGHT - FREE EXCHANGE

We offer free exchange .

This is how exchange works with us:

  1. Register your return in the returns portal and select exchange.
  2. Send the item back to us
  3. When we receive your return, we will send you a gift card.
  4. Use the gift card to order the correct size or product in the online store.

The gift card covers the value of the product and shipping for the new order , so the exchange will be free.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

Returns must be sent back in the original packaging with tags attached. In order for us to accept the return, the item must be unused, clean and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that have been washed, dirty or missing labels/tags cannot be returned.

Return (Refund)

If you do not wish to exchange the item, you can choose a refund in the returns portal .

The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for purchase .

The return cost will be deducted from the refund.

Return price:

1–4 products: 10 EUR
5–8 products: 15 EUR
9–15 products: 20 EUR
Over 15 products: 40 EUR

The return label includes tracking and insurance in case the package is lost in transit .

The original shipping amount will not be refunded.

Right of withdrawal

You have 30 calendar days to cancel your purchase after you receive your last item .

To use your right of withdrawal, register the return in the returns portal and send the item back to us within the deadline.
